Welcome to Southern Dragways

Southern Dragways is the worlds Southern most
drag racing club.

We were formed to hold regular local and national drag race
meetings at Teretonga Dragways near
Invercargill and have for 20 years

We have recently been stopped racing on Teretonga by the FIA and now hold ounce a year meetings at Alexandra airport and 1/8 mile events at Gore and Invercargill.

We are currently in negotiations with the council to arrange land to build a purpose built Drag strip at the beside the Teretonga site.
